1. Definitions

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted only one account on qqcuan. Creating multiple accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination. If multiple accounts are detected, qqcuan reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets, and confiscate any winnings or deposits across those accounts.

3. Account Security and Verification

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, all users must complete KYC verification. This process requires submission of:

• Identity Verification: A clear photograph of your Indonesian National ID (KTP) showing all details including your name, date of birth, ID number, and photograph.
• Selfie Verification: A selfie photograph holding your KTP next to your face for biometric comparison.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government document (dated within the last 3 months) confirming your residential address.

qqcuan typically processes KYC submissions within 24 hours. Until verification is complete, your account will have limited functionality, including restricted withdrawal capabilities. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity or investigate suspicious activity.

3.2 Account Security Obligations

You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your qqcuan account
• Never share your login credentials with any third party
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices
• Immediately notify qqcuan customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Keep your registered email and phone number current and accessible

qqcuan employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that no system is entirely immune to security breaches, and qqcuan cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

qqcuan complies with international anti-money laundering standards. Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) before withdrawal is permitted. This prevents the platform from being used as a money transfer service. qqcuan reserves the right to investigate suspicious transaction patterns and report them to relevant authorities if necessary.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on qqcuan are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your bet selections, stake amounts, and odds before confirmation. Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled, edited, or refunded except in cases of obvious technical error as determined solely by qqcuan.

5.2 Sports Betting

• Asian Handicap: Half-win and half-loss scenarios apply when the handicap lands on a quarter line (e.g., -0.75, +1.25).
• Mix Parlay: All selections must win for the parlay to pay out. If any selection is void, the parlay is recalculated excluding that selection.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Accounts found guilty of bonus abuse will have bonuses, winnings, and potentially deposits confiscated, and access permanently banned.

7. Prohibited Conduct

In addition to prohibitions mentioned elsewhere in these terms, users must not:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any Indonesian laws
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Use stolen, unauthorized, or third-party payment methods
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the platform's software or infrastructure
• Harass, threaten, or abuse qqcuan staff or other users
• Engage in money laundering or other financial crimes using the platform
• Use the platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited

Violation of any prohibition may result in account closure, fund confiscation, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• qqcuan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• qqcuan's total liability to you for any claim related to the platform or services shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• qqcuan is not responsible for delays, errors, or failures caused by third-party service providers (payment processors, game providers, internet service providers).
• qqcuan does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may temporarily disrupt service.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal according to standard procedures. 10.2 Suspension by qqcuan

qqcuan reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if:
